From time to time, the Leadership of Schools Consultancy and their colleagues will use this page to post articles elating to school management, teaching and learning, and all aspects of educational concern.

However, it is hope that the main function of this page is to serve as a noticeboard and forum where educators and students can display their creative work online, offer informed opinion on matters of concern, or submit questions or problems about specific learning issues.
Earlier, we have emphasised ‘creative craftsmanship’. Whereas knowledge is received—from books, teachers, elders, parents, or constructed (given time, encouragement and proactive mentoring), skills are acquired over a period of time that is marked by a gradual progress from apprenticeship to experienced mastery. Craftsmanship is such a skill;

it involves learning, experimenting, finding one’s genre, medium or voice and, at its highest level, developing a unique flair that marks out the artist of renown.
Contributors should note that submissions should be courteous, relevant, and not be offensive to any member or sector of the public. Written work may be subject to editing. Major amendments will be referred to the contributor for final approval before posting on line.
